ASER REFUND POLICY

Annual Meeting Registration

The refund/cancellation policy for annual meeting registrations is as follows:

  • THROUGH April 11, 2019: Cancellations made before April 11, 2019 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • AFTER April 11, 2019: Cancellations after this date are not eligible for refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations and/or changes must be made in writing and emailed to info@aserhq.org or faxed to 312-896-5614.

Membership Dues

There will no refunds for membership dues payments.  Please contact us if you believe that a payment was made in error.  Membership dues are for 365 days and do not auto-renew.
