Exhibit Hours (subject to change):

The Exhibit Hall is located in Parthenon Ballroom AB, and will be open to attendees on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the conference program beginning at 9:45 AM on Monday. The listed times below are considered heavy traffic hours. Subject to change.

Set-up:
Sunday, September 10: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Tear-down:
Wednesday, September 13: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Monday, September 11 
Break/Exhibits: 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM
Break/Exhibits: 2:45 PM - 3:00 PM
Welcome Reception & Exhibits: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Tuesday, September 12: 
Break/Exhibits: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Break/Exhibits: 2:15 PM - 2:30 PM

Wednesday, September 13: 
Break/Exhibits: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Shipping/Electric:

Hotel does not have a Fedex/UPS account. All outbound packages will need to be labeled and scheduled by the individual, not the hotel.

Membership and Meeting Registration:

Each company is entitled to a specific number of Conference Registrations based on your sponsorship level. Conference registration codes must be applied by August 11. Please contact [email protected] if you have not received your group's code(s).

Promotions:

The conference program app will list ASER Perioperative Medicine 2023 sponsors as well as any corporate symposium session information. Please be sure an EPS file of your company logo is sent to [email protected] so that it may be included on the website.

ASER will send an email blast listing all of the corporate workshop events to conference attendees and will direct attendees to the website for detailed information two weeks prior to the meeting start date.

Lead Retrieval:

Lead retrieval codes will be available for purchase. Click here for available options and rates. Please note prices increase after August 29.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that cancelations cannot be accepted after July 11, 2023.
